Processing Times

Many of our items are printed or prepared to order. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Personalised or custom orders may take a little longer.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at rest_in_prints@outlook.com.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at rest_in_prints@outlook.com with your order number and we will investigate.
